01 · The form factor

320 × 230 × 175 mm. 3.7 kg.

Compact enough to slip through standard blade access. Compatible with all major turbine manufacturers. Battery-powered, single-person carry.

02 · The capture

8K 360° vision, 4K stitched output.

An 8K panoramic camera plus a front camera for navigation. 3840×1920 equirectangular MP4 at 30 fps — stitched on-device, no post-processing needed.

03 · The autonomy

Offline by design.

116 GB of on-board NVMe and an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano. No internet, no cloud dependency, no data leaving the site. Sovereignty is the default.

04 · The cockpit

Any browser. Any device.

No apps, no drivers, no IT approvals. Drive over Wi-Fi (120 m range) from a laptop, tablet, or gamepad. Live 360° preview the whole way through.

What it is

One robot, one cable-free workflow, one inspector with a browser.

The crawler

Crawler V3, field-ready.

Compact (320 × 230 × 175 mm), 3.7 kg, 8-hour battery. 4×52 LED system, 8K 360° camera + front camera, NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano compute. CE marking in progress.

The operator interface

Drive from any browser.

No apps, no drivers, no IT approvals. 120 m Wi-Fi range, live 360° preview, gamepad-friendly. Tailscale VPN for remote diagnostics and OTA updates.

The outcome

Findings, traceable to the frame.

116 GB on-board NVMe with structured JSON metadata (GPS, timestamps, inspection parameters). Built-in viewer, bulk ZIP export, optional video analysis service at €90 per rotor.

Why internal matters

External inspection sees the surface. The damage that matters lives inside.

Drones and external crews can only see the outside of a blade. But the failures that take a turbine down — spar-cap delamination, shear-web cracks, lightning-strike residue in the chambers — live on the inside. Lukan goes where external methods can't.

Inside an inspection day

A non-destructive internal inspection completed in a single window — no weather constraints once the crawler is in.

No technicians at height

The crawler does the climb. Your team operates from the ground via any browser.

Fully offline

No signal, no cloud, no data leaving the site. 116 GB on-board NVMe keeps every chamber recorded locally.
